| Abstract |
The Jerome Le Royer School Commission was a Catholic school board located in the eastern part of the island of Montreal. It was abolished in 1998 with the transition from religious to linguistic school boards. The Jerome Le Royer School Commission was responsible for seven Francophone secondary schools and two Anglophone secondary schools (John-Paul II High School and Laurier-Macdonald High School). The author compares the goals and educational objectives in the physical education programs at these schools, focusing on the cognitive domain, the affective domain, and the psychomotor domain.
