Abstract |
The author examines the consequences for the Bench, the Bar and the public, especially for Anglophones, of section 133 of the Constitution Act, 1867. This article provides for the use of English and French or both in the Parliament of Canada and the National Assembly of Quebec and in any pleading or process in or issuing from any Court of Canada established under the Constitution Act, 1867 and in and from any of the Court of Quebec.
