Abstract
A reprint of an article written in 1895 by Henry Roe (1829-1909), a teacher (and later Vice-Principal) of Bishop's College (1873-1891) and, after 1888, Anglican Archdeacon of Quebec. The article outlines Roe's arrival as a student at Bishop's in 1845.
