Abstract |
Frank Carrel (1870-1940) succeeded his murdered father, James Carrel, as editor of Quebec City's Daily Telegraph newspaper in 1891. The Daily Telegraph merged with the Morning Chronicle in 1924 to become the Chronicle-Telegraph. In 1971, the Chronicle-Telegraph went from a daily to a weekly newspaper.
